AOC Attacks Republicans for Their Faith — Again
(UnitedVoice.com) – Democrats want Americans to believe they’re accepting, inclusive, and tolerant. That may be true in regard to the people who believe in their ideology, but they’ve proven time and again they will viciously attack those who step out of line. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) is one of the most prominent offenders.
On October 12, Ocasio-Cortez shared a video of herself questioning the faith of Republicans in a committee meeting in February. Apparently, she was so proud of the rant, she wanted to make sure Americans saw it again. This time, AOC claims the GOP uses their faith to “advance bigotry and barbarism.”
Sick and tired of Republicans who co-opt faith as an excuse to advance bigotry and barbarism.
Fact is, if today Christ himself came to the floor of Congress and repeated his teachings, many would malign him as a radical and eject him from the chamber. https://t.co/y19PBDw5co

AOC then retweeted a message from Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), who has made anti-Semitic remarks in the past.
Let’s be clear about this: if a Muslim woman was nominated to SCOTUS you would see Republicans lose their mind about her religious background…
“Sharia law” would be trending right now.
Miss me with the pearl-clutching and all this righteous talk about religious freedom.

Attacking someone because of their faith is the very definition of bigotry. Picking and choosing which parts of the Bible to use for your own agenda is reprehensible. Yet, Democrats like AOC do it with impunity. The hypocrisy is as outrageous as it is predictable.
